it's like they think the caucuses are UNFAIR or something!  
A great post at Algere's Corner discusses a Texas court's possible intervention in the TX Democratic party's "two step" vote allocation system.  You all remember that, right?  The one where you can win the popular vote but get less delegates anyway, because where's the fun in democratic representation?

Unfortunately, the suit does not deal with the widespread problems of questionable caucus outcomes - but, baby steps.

Why couldn't they have done something about this when it really mattered, like last year, or even before the primaries began? Oh, that's right. Because everything that went on was completely above board, even though the same candidate won the primary by about 4 percent and lost the caucus by about 12.
